Donkey sisters painting (inspired by Bronte sisters portrait)

45.00

Faintly reminiscent of the famous Bronte sister portrait (painted by brother Branwell Bronte), this painting features two brown donkeys who look much like my mini donkey, Tru. The crimson dress is meant to resemble a silk gown which Charlotte Bronte wore on her honeymoon.

Watercolor on unbleached cotton muslin fabric. Measures approximately 4 .5 inches by 6 inches. (11.5 x 15 cm)

One of a kind, original artwork. For framing, fabric projects like quilts or needle books, etc. Not washable. (I’ve shown it in a cardboard frame here, which is not included in the price. If you would like to purchase the frame, please send me an email or direct message via instagram)
